Sure!, right when you walk out of international arrivals there is a desk agent selling ready made plans by the day or week ready and activated for tourist purposes.
This is recommended for short stays in the country as buying a normal $5 SIM card is tricky to activate for foreigners.
There is also a SIM desk in the food court.
There is currently NO Claro store in the Quito airport, closed before 2026.
